MATAG-OB, LEYTE, PHILIPPINES – AUGUST 16, 2017 An executed woman’s body was found on the side of the road. Her face, legs and hands were bound with duct tape. Officers, working with her family, identified her as 45-year-old Berlin Patiño. She had not lived a completely orderly life. She was a suspect in the robbery of a convenience store in Ormoc City. She was missing for five days before she was found.
