Bloody beaten in elevator

RUSSIA – JANUARY 13, 2024 Neighborhood disputes culminated in a brutal attack in the elevator. The victim ended up bloodied and in pain on the floor. The attacker was arrested. Alcohol was found in his blood, which may have contributed significantly to this sudden aggression.
