ZARECHNY, RUSSIA A young woman with dreadlocks is alleged to have perpetrated a scam on a local drug gang. They didn’t take kindly to this and kidnapped her at night to a remote location where they punished her severely. They kicked her, beat her, broke her finger and spray painted her face with green spray paint.
