RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – SEPTEMBER 2, 2026 Man recklessly attempted to cross a busy multilane road when he was struck by a speeding car whose driver apparently failed to see him. He suffered devastating head injuries, with the impact causing his skull to split open and his brain to be expelled.
