DELHI, INDIA – NOVEMBER 21, 2023 A young man was brutally knifed in the Welcome area of northeast Delhi by a 16-year-old youth. A CCTV footage shows him dancing next to the victim’s body as he dragged him into a narrow alley surrounded by houses. It looks like the accused was drunk and wanted to make off with the victim’s 350 INR (equivalent of 4 USD).
