ESCADA, PERNAMBUCO, BRAZIL – JULY 30, 2025 On a sugarcane plantation in the Nova Escada district, the dead body of an as-yet unidentified man was found. The victim was stuffed headfirst into tires, had his hands tied, and showed signs of being burned. Authorities currently have no information about the perpetrators or the possible motive. The case is being investigated by the civil police.
