DOMINICAN REPUBLIC – OCTOBER 2021 A pretty 36-year-old Dominican woman, Leslie Rosado, a pregnant mother of three, was shot and killed by police officer Disla Batista. She was allegedly guilty of driving away from the scene of a traffic accident. The incident caused great outrage in the Caribbean country.
