DOMINICAN REPUBLIC A 19-year-old girl had an argument with her husband while they were driving in the car. She even told him that she intended to divorce him. He responded by beating her, pulling out a gun and shooting her in the neck. She fell to the side of the road, clutching her throat and choking on her own blood. The man then turned the gun on himself and shot himself in the head. Both deaths occurred in front of their 3-year-old son, who was in the back seat of the car.
