ELDAMA RAVINE, KENYA – MAY 29, 2019 30-year-old James Kiplagat was shot in the head with an arrow. Although the arrow went through his skull, he survived and even walked to the hospital.
Police determined that the motive was robbery. They arrested 25 year old Elvis Kipkemoi who confessed to the crime.
