Extremely deep cut on arm

A mentally ill girl who self-harms and shows her videos to the public posted a video of her arm cut. The cut is so deep that you can see the muscle moving underneath. Judging by the scars on her arm, the girl does not have her wounds professionally treated and stitched up in a hospital. She is literally risking infection and her life.
