Mentally ill guy videotaped himself cutting his balls with scissors. He seems to be well prepared, because he’s got them strangled with string to numb them and keep them from bleeding. When he cuts them off, he plays with them on a plate and pulls his testicles out.
There could be many reasons for this behavior. From masochism to gender dissatisfaction.
