EL CALLO, BOLÍVAR, VENEZUELA A bag with the head of this pretty young lady was found in a parked car on the passenger seat in the famous Plaza El Jobo street. The manner of the murder points to a drug cartel. The victim was identified as 23-year-old Jersis Fernández Ortega.
