Homeless man caught eating severed human leg

WASCO, CALIFORNIA, USA – MARCH 23, 2024 Resendo Tellez, a 27-year-old homeless man, found a severed human leg left on the tracks after a train accident. He stole it from there and walked the streets with it, and a shocked citizen filmed it on video. He can be seen trying to chew a piece of flesh out of the leg. Apparently, he’s hungry.
