INDIA Indian man failed to follow basic workplace safety guidelines. He was moving under a multi-ton shipping container filled with gas cylinders at the moment it was being lifted off a truck bed by a crane. Suddenly, the lifting cables snapped, and the container fell on him. Death was instantaneous.
