ISIS cut off the man’s arms and then his head

Another in a series of ISIS propaganda videos shows the execution of a captured man. Two soldiers cut off his shoulder – one each at the same time. Then the men cut off the head. At the end of the video, a child soldier can be seen standing on the man’s head and shouting some propaganda slogans.
