According to local media, after confronting her husband, the woman attacked him with a machete, then poured acetone on his intimate parts and set them on fire. The man suffered serious injuries and was taken to the hospital.
A video that was apparently recorded by the attacker herself quickly began spreading on social media. The footage shows a blood-covered floor, the woman holding a machete, and the injured man in a state of shock. Police were verifying the authenticity of the video as it went viral on Brazilian social media accounts focused on crime-related incidents.
