KHAGRACHARI, BANGLADESH CCTV captured the brutal murder of a 9-year-old boy. The footage shows the boy riding calmly down the street on a bicycle. Suddenly, the man lunges at him and attacks him. He beats him to death with a brick. It is not clear what his motive was for this horrific act.
