Man cut his own throat on the street

PHILIPPINES The man decided on a very unusual form of (protest) suicide. He went out into the street with a knife and cut his own throat. The whole event was caught on video by a random witness. It is not known if the man died. In developed countries with good medical care, he would probably have a good chance of survival because there is still some time for a blood transfusion after he falls unconscious.
