Man forced to dig girlfriend out of shallow grave

NIGERIA When a woman suddenly disappeared from public view, concerned neighbors began questioning her boyfriend and putting pressure on him. He eventually confessed to murdering her several days earlier and burying her in a shallow grave in the yard. When police arrived, he was made to repeat his confession, point out the burial site, and exhume her body. The motive for the killing remains unknown, and neither the victim’s identity nor the alleged perpetrator’s identity has been established.
