Man found decapitated on street

PUNTA DE MATA, VENEZUELA – DECEMBER, 2024 Passer-by must have been really scared when he found a human head lying on the street. There was also a headless body lying nearby. More information is not yet available, but it is believed to be a victim of a drug cartel.
