No matter how wronged a person may feel, it is always necessary to have the right priorities. There is nothing more important than human life. Most countries around the world have this established in law as “failure to provide first aid.” If someone sees a person in immediate danger of losing their life and can help them without putting themselves or another person at risk, but chooses not to do so, they may be committing a criminal offense.
