MANAUS, BRAZIL – SEPTEMBER 4, 2024 The corpse of a young woman was found in a vacant lot behind a house on Rua Japurá in the southern zone of Manaus. Some neighbours heard 4 gunshots and a woman screaming, so they called the military police to the scene.
The victim was identified as a 20-year-old local thief and known hard drug user. One of the police versions is that she was executed by someone she had robbed in the past. But it’s possible that she was executed by drug dealers for debts.
