TAWIRAN, OBANDO, BULACAN, PHILIPPINES – APRIL, 2017 Nercy Galiciona, 16, looked like a cute little girl wearing Hello Kitty. But the opposite was true. She used hard drugs and was in the company of drug dealers. This proved fatal for her when an unknown gunman shot her in the street. One shot hit her in the head, another in the thigh and a third in the shoulder. The family gave her a funeral in the style of her favorite fashion brand, Hello Kitty.
