BALASHIKHA, RUSSIA – JULY 18, 2019 Lieutenant Andrey Viktorovich of the Russian National Guard has decided to leave this world. He committed suicide right in his office at the military base. He shot himself in the head with his service pistol.
His motive was the subject of a military police investigation. It was discovered that Andrey was heavily indebted to several financial institutions.
