PITESTI, ROMANIA 21-year-old Carmina Popescu has already attempted suicide twice in the past. However, the third time she managed it successfully and hanged herself. She was found at her apartment after not showing up for work. She worked as a waitress in a cafe. Her friends and colleagues said she suffered from severe depression.
