TANNGYIN, ANYANG, HENAN, CHINA – JULY 29, 2019 The young man was driving his girlfriend on a motorcycle. He didn’t even give her a helmet and he was drunk. This made his motor skills bad and they both fell off the motorcycle.
The drunk young man survived with only a few scrapes and bruises. But his freshly 20-year-old girlfriend was not so lucky. Paramedics failed to resuscitate her and she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Her death went viral in China and raised Chinese awareness of road safety.
