Two young women shot dead in the street

ITABUNA, BRAZIL – AUGUST 18, 2018 On that fateful night, Ádria Santos and her friend Laís Rodrigues were at the club drinking alcohol, dancing and having fun. A man started harassing and assaulting them, so they decided to leave the place. They got on a motorcycle and rode away. But the man and his accomplice started chasing them and shot them both while they were driving.

One of the women died at the scene. The other was taken to hospital with a serious brain injury and died there. Police say both women were involved in drug trafficking.
