MANTA, ECUADOR – JANUARY 7, 2025 Man known as Cesar was sitting on the porch of his house in Horacio Hidrovo when two masked hitmen approached him. Without warning, they opened fire and assassinated him in front of his wife. The video shows her crying over his dead body.
Caesar was a very popular man in the local community. Neighbours said he got on well with everyone and had no enemies.
