LA CARLOTA, PHILIPPINES – SEPTEMBER 28, 2020 A 26-year-old woman was found in a moderate stage of decomposition in the San Miguel area near the town of La Carlota. The woman had two gunshot wounds to her head. According to unconfirmed information, it was supposed to be Juliet Mercader, who was the wife of a drug baron. She allegedly lay in the grave for 2 days.
