SALVADOR, BRAZIL – JUNE 18, 2024 Brutal murder took place on Gabriel Monteiro de Castro Street in the Tancredo Neves neighbourhood. A woman was dragged out of her house by two gunmen. They shot her several times in the head and fled the scene.
The victim has been identified as Elidalva Cerqueira Conceição. She was allegedly a gang member and her murder is linked to a turf war.
