ACAPULCO, MEXICO Luz María Ortega Baltazar hailed a taxi. A cute-looking VW Beetle arrived. She jumped in, but it was the last mistake she ever made. The driver turned around and killed her with a shot to the head. Motive is unknown, but she was probably connected to the drug trade.
