GAYA, BIHAR, INDIA – OCTOBER, 2025 19-year-old Subhash Kumar was ambushed on the street by four men who surrounded him. One of them pulled out a gun, but Subhash stood still, seemingly not believing the man would actually shoot. Unfortunately, he was wrong. After the first shot, Subhash fell to the ground, trying to say something. At that moment, another attacker approached and shot him again. Finally, a third man fired the last bullet into his chest. The entire incident happened right under a security camera.
Police from the Kotwali department are now conducting an intensive investigation. There are several leads that could help them track down the killers. The victim’s father claims it was a personal vendetta and a contract killing linked to issues at his son’s workplace. Local residents, however, told police that the victim’s father, Upendra Paswan, has been in a long-standing dispute – over five years – with another man from the same neighborhood. They said the two had previously clashed and even fought, and believe the murder may have been the result of that conflict.
