EL TEOCINTE, SANTA ROSA, GUATEMALA – AUGUST 30, 2026 22-year-old Lesli Anahí Sian Gómez was shot dead in the El Teocinte area. According to local media, she was walking along a road carrying a bag of groceries when armed men on a motorized rickshaw approached her and fired several shots. Lesli suffered a fatal gunshot wound and died at the scene.
