Young woman’s severed head found in cardboard box

TOSAGUA, ECUADOR Shocking discovery was made in the city of Tosagua in the Ecuadorian province of Manabí. The severed head of a young woman was found in a cardboard box dumped in the street. The case may be linked to gang activity, but this has not been proven as the identity of the victim has still not been established.
