CAGNIOG, SURIGAO CITY, PHILIPPINES The dead body of a teenage girl was found in the Sitio Cayutan area. She was identified as 16-year-old Jessa Estipicar. She was stabbed in the abdomen, probably with a machete. The stab wound was so large that her intestines came out through it.
