BRAZIL Brazilian military police were called to the case of a repeat offender who was trying to violently break into a house. He was completely naked, apparently very confused, and held a machete or large knife in his hand, threatening not only himself but also those around him.
When the situation escalated, the police were forced to shoot. They hit him several times in non-vital areas, after which they provided first aid and transported him to hospital custody. The motive for his behavior remains unknown.
