Armed man shot dead by California police

SEAL BEACH, USA – JANUARY 16, 2023 The police were called after people called that they had seen a suspicious person. They identified the man at the scene as Michael Bernard Emch Jr. and they talked with him. But he pulled out a gun out of nowhere and the police had to respond. Emch was fatally shot.
