Drunk black man shot by Lousiana cops

SHREVEPORT, LOUISIANA, USA – FEBRUARY 3, 2023 Police officer Alexander Tyler was charged with a felony for killing an unarmed black man, Alonzo Bagley. The court confirmed that Alonzo’s hands were raised at the second of the shot and he was surrendering.
