MALY, RIZAL, PHILIPPINES – JULY 19, 2017 Teresita Ocampo, also known as Jinky Oda, was a well-known drug dealer who was in constant trouble with the law. In 2013, she was even in jail for selling drugs. On that fateful day, she took her children to school and as she was returning home, gunmen opened fire on her. She died on the spot.
