PILIBHIT, INDIA – FEBRUARY 21, 2017 A 6 year old boy was killed by a drug addict. The killer had first attempted to sexually abuse the boy, but when the latter resisted, he killed him. After killing him the killer had skinned the boy, chopped his body into pieces and consumed some of them.
