Jealous man murdered his ex-wife and then tried to kill himself

FEIRA DE SANTANA, BRAZIL – DECEMBER, 2013 The man hasn’t come to terms with the divorce. Armed with a knife, he broke into the home of his ex-wife, Mara Rúbia de Freitas, in the Jardim Cruzerio neighbourhood and stabbed her to death. He then attempted suicide and cut his wrist. He failed to do so, did not die and had to face all the legal consequences.
