MEDAN, INDONESIA – JUNE 6, 2018 Rika Karina, a 21-year-old cosmetics saleswoman, alias Huang Lisya, was found stabbed to death and wrapped in a box on her Honda Scoopy scooter. She was killed by multiple stab wounds to the neck area. Given the injuries on her arms, it is believed that she was actively trying to resist her attacker.

Investigations led officers on the trail of 31-year-old Hendri Adhen. He later confessed to the murder. He refined his order for cosmetics and murdered her when she arrived.
