MEXICO A man – a member of a Mexican drug cartel, holds the severed leg of his female victim in his hand, which he places in a black plastic garbage bag.
The victim was identified as 21-year-old Gabriela Lima Santana. Her dismembered body was later found in a suitcase in the town of Canoas.
