TECPÁN DE GALEANA, MEXICO – JANUARY 4, 2017 A dead body was found by the river near the town hall. At first it was speculated that it was a man dressed as a woman, but a forensic autopsy confirmed that it was a biological woman. She was later identified by her family as Jazmín Santiago García. It was also confirmed that she had taken an adjacent dose of the drug and overdosed to death.
