SIBONGA, CEBU, PHILIPPINES – JANUARY 25, 2017 While walking on the beach, locals noticed something strange washed up on the sea at low tide. It was the drowned corpse of a woman. She was foaming at the mouth and was already in an advanced stage of rigor mortis. She was later identified as Marilyn Mondido.
