MANAUS, BRAZIL – MARCH 11, 2024 A member of the notorious Comando Vermelho (CV) gang executed 16-year-old Rodrigo Reis Dias, who was a member of a rival faction. Witnesses said several heavily armed men jumped out of the car. The young man made a run for it but was caught and executed with several shots in the back.

Shortly afterwards, a video filmed by his executioner went viral. He delivers so-called “sure shots” into the body of the already dead Rodrigo to make sure he is really dead.
