BRAZIL – APRIL 30, 2017 A 24-year-old woman who was known in the neighborhood as a drug addict was found dead in the grass by a dirt road. An inquest confirmed that she had died a violent death by strangulation. An unused condom and a man’s shoe were found near her body. The perpetrator probably strangled the girl in a failed rape attempt.
