SANTARÉM, PARÁ, BRAZIL – NOVEMBER 21, 2015 Woman was found on the ground by a police patrol in critical condition in the São Francisco district. She died before the ambulance arrived. She was identified as 26-year-old Leidiane Sousa Guimarães.

According to witnesses to the incident, a man attacked the woman and beat her to death. Then he ran away from the scene. Investigations revealed that it was her former partner, Edinei Ramos Pantoja.
