PARNAÍBA, PIAUÍ, BRAZIL – DECEMBER 20, 2023 Jéssica Silva do Nascimento, 33, killed her two daughters, Alice, 5, and Letícia, 10. She took their dead bodies to a nearby beach after setting fire to their house. She then hanged herself.

In the burning house, her diary was found, where she recorded her thoughts. The woman was unable to get over the end of her relationship with her ex-partner.
