MESETAS, COLOMBIA – JUNE 19, 2019 The body of a woman was found without signs of life on the highway between the cities of Tamacay and Botalón. She had a note from a drug cartel saying she was an informant. Her boyfriend identified the woman as 35-year-old Durvis Ofelia García. She was the mother of two children – 5 and 11 years old.
